TrinSchedules

TrinSchedules is a calendar-assistance tool that facilitates the creation of .ics calendars and .pdf planners using our ROYGBIV color cycle and the 2022 - 2023 Academic calender. A Trinity email and password are required to access TrinSchedules.

You can generate two types of Calendar files with TrinSchedules:

• .ics files for importing into Google calendar. TrinSchedules generates events for meetings that repeat across Color days: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. Events that repeat on weekdays (i.e. every Monday after school, etc.) should be scheduled via Google Calendar.
• .pdf files for printing hard copies of weekly planners.
